Check out list 
 Please leave our Vacation Home clean and ready for the next tenants, in the same condition it was in when you rented it.

We will make the beds and vacuum the stairs
We realize that you are on vacation and your time is limited, but so is ours, if you feel you do not want to do any of the following items let us know at least 1 day before you leave so we can budget our time accordingly. We will complete any items that you do not have time to for a reasonable fee ($20.00/hour - $45.00 minimum).

The following list is intended as a check out list for your convenience. Remember to check all dressers and closets for any items you may have forgotten.

 We would like you to do the following items in these areas or call us if you won’t be able to – Thanks

1. The kitchen:
* We would like all the appliances (which you used) clean and ready to use which includes: coffee maker – leave open, microwave – clean turntable and inside - toaster – empty the crumbs and clean the outside - oven – clean and reline the bottom if necessary * refrigerator – clean the shelves on both sides, and the bins and door shelves.

* Please be sure the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are clean, dry and put away.
* Shake the throw rugs then sweep and vacuum. A vacuum cleaner, broom, and cleaning supplies are on the back porch.

* Empty the inside garbage cans and reline them, there are plastic shopping bags on the coat hook on the back porch and tall bags in the bottom kitchen drawer by the kitchen sink.

2. The bathroom(s):
    Clean the tub, lav, and floors. Wash or start the towels if you have time – Thank You.

3. The bedrooms:

* We will strip the beds, please straighten only.
* Please vacuum the area rugs.
* Empty any used garbage cans and reline.

4. The upstairs: only if you used this area.
* The same as the downstairs bedrooms.
* Vacuum the wall to wall carpet. A Vacuum cleaner is in bedroom #3 closet.
* Please do not vacuum the stairs; we will vacuum them if necessary.
* Empty any used garbage cans and reline them with the excess plastic shopping bags in the laundry room.

5. The Living room and Entry:

* Locate and put back all remote controls. We charge for lost or broken remotes.
* Vacuum all area rugs.

* Straighten the couch covers and cushions as necessary
6. The Deck and Porches:

* Please pick up any trash, empty the trash and reline the can and sweep the deck, porches, and steps.

* Be sure to look under the cushions for any items you may have dropped or lost.
* Please clean BBQ, utensils, and stainless steel sink if you used them.

We supply enough paper products, soap, etc. to get you started - you may want to bring extra or you can buy it here.

Please use only liquid soap in the showers and sinks, this helps prevent soap residue and buildup.  

Safeway is at the East end of 5th street (14 blocks).

Please turn the main heater down when not at home.
